Taj Tandoori in Frankfurt

Seldom eaten so well Indian. The service was also absolutely great! The location is very nice, modern. Everything was very clean and classy. We would eat there again anytime!

Very fine Indian cuisine with all known specialties in a central location in Frankfurt. Chicken is very tender and with a delicious sauce. Lamb was a bit dry and not so tender and the bread comes with too much butter or cheese which is no longer typically Indian. All in all very good and above all the desserts are excellent and you should definitely try them. Affordable prices

Very upscale restaurant, also correspondingly expensive but also exotic fabulous dishes. Worth an experience. The tastes and the ambience are very difficult to get anywhere else. Can only recommend this restaurant to everyone as it is a little bit special in India in Frankfurt. From me there is definitely a 5 star ⭐️

Chic ambience, nice service, good cocktails and very tasty food. The tandoori mix and the raita with oven-fresh naan are my absolute recommendations!

Top notch! The decor is very glorious. Ideal for a meal with the family, but also with business partners. I have consistently rated the quality as very good since 2015. The prices are not bad - but in my opinion adequate for the quality. However, I don't like to sit on the terrace - it's too loud due to the traffic.

Very tasty food, good wine and very attentive and friendly service. I will definitely eat there again next time I stay at FFM.

Food is of good quality, but in mini portions that do not justify the price. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

Loved the food and the ambiente. The waiters were really nice and recommended us their best dishes. Try the mango chicken, it's really delicious, the salmon curry too. Had and overall great experience.

The restaurant is highly recommended. It is centrally located. The high-class furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere and the delicious food takes you on a trip to India.

Unfortunately I only had one cappuccino, but it was very good. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is because I haven't tried the food (yet) and don't want to judge too early. The service was very friendly and competent! Nice ambience. If you are willing to leave a little more money than usual it is a recommended restaurant!

Food was great but the service was miserable. Also everything takes way to long here. If you have plenty of time, why not but if you value your time a LOT will be wasted here

This restaurant is highly recommended. We eat here very often. One of the best Indians in Frankfurt. The choice of dishes is reasonable, but the number of vegetarian dishes is still expandable. The service is always very friendly and everything happens quickly. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. Starters and desserts are also recommended. The cocktails are done very well.

I love going to the Taj Taj. Not cheap, but really worth the money. You could possibly remove a star because it took a little too long in the lunch break and it made it a little uncomfortable / hectic when eating or just too late. But this can always happen when you go out to eat - if you are in a hurry you can also ask about the waiting times beforehand. All in all a pleasure and high standards of quality and cleanliness.

The food not tasty ?

The place is ok but food is so moderated the masala was not hot at all. Also, servers were some how rude. Didn't enjoy much

Quite authentic and great tasting food. Close to the main city, on the way to the city centre from Frankfurt main station, just opposite to the old European Central Bank and new opera house. Can give you a flavour of the red light district if you take a walk through the side roads. You might see some fierce looking people and police. Overall a rather safe area, at least during day time. Nothing to worry about if you are just looking for great North Indian food.

Good Food and GReat service we were here on the 16 october after our Messe .WE had an amazing time there,enjoyed the food and especially the cordial hospitality of their waiter that served us The Senior waiter with glasses recommended us their specialities and we went with it.He could also speak arabic which was help to our business partner while ordering The ambient was great , till next time

Really good food, but bad service. We had to follow-up on drinks and silverware.

Taj Taj was my favourite Indian food. Unfortunately their service was unbearable this time. The man had no taste in serving people properly and the whole time he was shouting at the cooks for being late. He left a very unwelcome atmosphere. Furthermore he acted as if we were doing him a favour and we should be thankful for his service. He is a bit old and Indian. The other people that worked there were as usual very nice. The food itself was not as good as before. The papadum came late and covered with oil, the nan bread was cold. The food was not salted properly. The main dish was good.

My wife and I love Indian food, and have eaten it all around the world. In India, New York, London, Germany, and Australia. This is up there with the best of them. Not really cheap, but certainly value for money when you consider the quality. Also the waiter knew his wines very well and the service was really very intelligent. The Palak Gosht and Tandoori Chicken Masala we both amazing. The rice was perfect and the dessert was spot on. The decor was also very innovative, modern, but had a great sense of history too. I can't say enough good about it.
